**Damaged Items:**

We only accept returns for defective products, and we accept exchanges for unused products.

If you receive a damaged item during transit, please contact us immediately and provide relevant photos for us to understand the issue. We will promptly address your situation, and you have the option to choose from the following 2 solutions:

1. We will arrange a refund for you, and the refund will be issued back to your original payment method in 2 business days.

2. We will send you a replacement item without the need for you to return the damaged product.

**Non-eligible Returns:**

We can only accept returns and offer refunds in cases where the product is damaged during transit. For reasons other than this, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds. If you have any concerns about a product, please contact us before making a purchase, and we’ll be more than happy to provide the information you need to make an informed decision.
